Cavelun Terms of Service
Welcome to Cavelun! These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain the rules and guidelines you agree to follow when using our online education platform. Please read this document carefully
before starting your learning journey with us. By clicking, enrolling, or simply browsing, you’re showing that you accept and understand these terms. If something here doesn’t sit right
with you, you really shouldn’t use our services—honestly, it’s that simple.
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Cavelun’s online education services, you’re agreeing—right now, as you read this—to be bound by these Terms. This isn’t some abstract legal statement; it’s a
real contract between you and Cavelun. If you keep using the site, you’re signaling that you understand and are okay with everything written here.
These Terms apply to everyone using our platform, whether you’re just browsing courses or you’ve bought a subscription and are knee-deep in lessons. Visitors, paying users, and anyone
else poking around—these rules cover you all. No exceptions.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you simply can’t use Cavelun. It’s not meant to be harsh—just clear. We want everyone to know where they stand before diving in. If you
have questions about what any of this means, take a moment to think things through before you use the service.
Sometimes, you might encounter new features, tools, or special offers. Unless we say otherwise, those new things also fall under these same Terms. We’ll keep you posted if anything
changes, but for now, this is the agreement you’re accepting by being here.
External Web Resources
Occasionally, you’ll find that Cavelun provides links to other websites or online resources. We do this to help you find useful educational content out there—sometimes it’s tough to
learn alone, and a fresh perspective can make a difference. But clicking those links is totally up to you.
Just because there’s a link on Cavelun doesn’t mean we’re vouching for the content, accuracy, or opinions found on those external sites. In my experience, third-party sites can change
overnight—we have no control over what they do or say. You should always check their own terms of service before interacting or sharing personal information.
When you step outside Cavelun’s virtual walls, you’re doing so at your own risk. We can’t promise those other platforms will function well or even exist tomorrow. If you end up with a
problem on a third-party site, it’s between you and them—not us.
So, next time you see a link, remember: we’re just pointing you in a possible direction. The responsibility for what happens next is yours. If you ever feel unsure, it’s okay to just
stay on Cavelun and keep learning here.
Liability Limitations
Cavelun offers its educational services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. That means we don’t make promises about the platform’s performance, reliability, or
availability. Technology has a mind of its own sometimes, and while we strive for a smooth experience, we can’t guarantee perfection.
We’re not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use—or inability to use—our platform. This includes things like lost profits, data loss,
business interruptions, or personal frustration. Even if you alert us to the possibility of such damages, our responsibility doesn’t extend that far.
If Cavelun is found liable for any reason, our total liability will never exceed the amount you paid us in the six months prior to the issue arising. That’s the cap—no exceptions. We
believe in being upfront about this so you know where you stand if things ever go sideways.
To sum up: while we care about your experience, we can’t be held responsible for every possible outcome. The world’s unpredictable, and sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you’re
not comfortable accepting these limits, you might want to look elsewhere for your online learning needs.
Terms Revisions
Cavelun reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, for any reason. Sometimes we need to tweak things because of new laws, changes in our services, or just because
we’ve learned a better way to do things. When we make a change, we’ll try to give you a heads-up—usually through a notice on the platform or another reasonable method.
If you keep using Cavelun after these changes go live, that means you’re agreeing to the revised Terms, even if you haven’t read every word. We encourage you to check back from time
to time so you’re not caught off guard. Staying informed is part of being a responsible user.
In my experience, most updates are pretty minor—clarifying language or adding details about new features. But if we ever make a big, fundamental change, we’ll do our best to
communicate it clearly. If you ever decide the new terms aren’t right for you, your only option is to stop using the platform.
Remember, it’s your responsibility to stay up-to-date with any changes. If you have questions or concerns about new terms, please consider reviewing them carefully before continuing
to use Cavelun’s services.
Prohibited Conduct
Cavelun is a place for learning, not for mischief or disruption. By using our services, you agree not to break the rules set out in this section. We’ve seen all sorts of behavior
online, and we want to be clear about what won’t fly here.
- Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity is strictly off-limits. This includes pretending to be a teacher, administrator, or another user in any communication
or posted content.
- Posting, sharing, or uploading content that’s offensive, obscene, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate will not be tolerated. We strive for a respectful and positive learning
environment, and disruptive content undermines that goal.
- Do not attempt to hack, bypass, or interfere with any security features of Cavelun. This includes trying to access restricted areas, disrupt service, or introduce malicious code
or scripts.
- Respect intellectual property rights—don’t upload, distribute, or copy materials you don’t own or have permission to use. We take copyright seriously and expect you to do the
same.
If you engage in any of these activities, we may take action—sometimes without warning. We want Cavelun to be a safe, fair place for everyone, so we’ll enforce these rules as needed.
Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
All content on Cavelun—including courses, videos, written materials, graphics, and platform features—is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These rights
belong either to Cavelun or to our content partners, and they’re not up for grabs.
When you sign up, you’re granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes. That means you can study,
take notes, and learn as much as you like—but you can’t share, sell, or publicly distribute our content without permission.
It’s tempting to help friends by sharing login details or downloading materials, but that’s not allowed under these Terms. Each account is meant for a single individual. If you’re
ever unsure about what’s permitted, it’s better to ask than to risk a violation.
If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated on Cavelun, you can let us know through the appropriate channel. We’ll review and address such concerns in good
faith, though we can’t promise immediate action in every case.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Cavelun operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. This ensures consistency in how disputes are handled, no
matter where you’re accessing our platform from.
If a conflict ever arises between you and Cavelun, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue informally first. Sometimes, a simple conversation can clear up misunderstandings
without the need for legal action. If informal resolution isn’t possible, the dispute will be settled in the courts or arbitration venues of our home jurisdiction.
Nothing in this section prevents us from seeking injunctive relief or other equitable remedies, especially in cases involving intellectual property or misuse of our platform. We want
a fair outcome for everyone, but also need to protect our rights and the integrity of the service.
By using Cavelun, you consent to this approach to dispute resolution. If you have concerns about this process, please consider your participation on the platform carefully before
proceeding.
Refund Policy
At Cavelun, we want you to be satisfied with your learning experience. If you purchase a course or subscribe to a plan and feel it isn’t what you expected, we do offer refunds in
certain cases. We believe in fairness, but there are boundaries to what we can do.
Refunds are generally available within 14 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal, provided you haven’t accessed a significant portion of the course
content. If you’ve completed most of the material, a refund may not be possible. Our aim is to balance flexibility with the need to protect our content creators.
To request a refund, you’ll need to submit a written request through the designated refund process within the eligible period. We’ll review your request and let you know the
outcome—sometimes we might ask for more information, especially if there’s unusual account activity.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and processing times can vary depending on your bank or payment provider. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we suspect abuse
of our policy or other violations of these Terms.
Violations of Terms
If you break any of these Terms, Cavelun reserves the right to take action—including suspending or terminating your account. We don’t make these decisions lightly, but we have to
protect the broader community and the integrity of our platform.
Depending on the severity of the violation, we may remove or block access to your content, restrict your ability to use certain features, or close your account altogether. In really
serious cases, we might seek legal remedies, especially if there’s harm to our business or other users.
We typically try to notify users before taking any major action, but in urgent cases—like security threats or repeated violations—we may act immediately. We want to be transparent but
also swift when necessary.
If you believe your account was restricted or terminated by mistake, you can appeal the decision through our support process. We’ll review the circumstances in good faith, but our
decision is final in most cases. We hope it never comes to this, but the rules are here for everyone’s protection.
Website Availability
Cavelun aims to keep the platform accessible and running smoothly, but sometimes things go wrong—servers need maintenance, software needs updating, or unexpected technical issues pop
up. We do our best to keep downtime to a minimum, but no system is online 100% of the time.
When planned maintenance is required, we’ll try to notify you in advance so you can plan your studies accordingly. Unplanned outages, on the other hand, can happen without warning. In
my experience, these are usually resolved quickly, but patience is sometimes required.
We’re not liable for any consequences that result from temporary interruptions—whether it’s missed deadlines, lost progress, or just the frustration of being unable to access your
course. Technology can be unpredictable, and we appreciate your understanding when issues arise.
If you ever experience extended downtime or ongoing problems, please let us know through the usual support channels. We can’t promise instant fixes, but we’ll do our best to help you
get back on track.
Use of Cookies
Cavelun uses cookies to improve your experience on the platform. These tiny files help us manage sessions, remember your preferences, and keep your account secure when you log in.
Without cookies, some features just wouldn’t work right.
We also use cookies for analytics. They help us understand how users move through the site, what’s working, and where we can make improvements. In my experience, most users never even
notice cookies at work—but they’re quietly making things smoother behind the scenes.
Your browser settings allow you to control or block cookies if you prefer, but keep in mind that disabling them could affect your ability to use parts of Cavelun. For more details on
how cookies are used, check out our dedicated Cookie Policy.
If you’re concerned about privacy, it’s always a good idea to review your cookie settings from time to time. We want you to feel comfortable and informed as you use our educational
services.
Warranty Disclaimer
Cavelun doesn’t make any promises that its courses, materials, or tools are entirely accurate, complete, or suited to your specific goals. We work hard to provide high-quality

You should use your own best judgment before relying on anything you learn here—especially if you’re applying it in a professional or personal context. We encourage you to
double-check facts, ask questions, and seek other perspectives when in doubt.
We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, relating to the platform and its content. That includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular

If something doesn’t work out the way you’d hoped, we’re sorry—but Cavelun isn’t responsible for any resulting losses or issues. We want you to have a great experience, but we can’t
guarantee outcomes or results from using our services.
